LIVE Quantum – Development of an Integrated AI Platform for Multichannel Personalized Customer Request Management

The LIVE Quantum project is a strategic research and development initiative aimed at creating a next‑generation, AI‑driven platform that transforms how organizations handle customer requests across multiple communication channels.

By integrating artificial intelligence, omnichannel communication, IoT and smart‑metering technologies, digital twins, advanced analytics and automated business processes, the project seeks to deliver a faster, smarter and more personalized customer experience.

Its overarching goal is to modernize customer support operations, reduce processing time, enable proactive communication and establish a unified digital ecosystem that enhances efficiency for service providers while making user interactions significantly more intuitive.

The project is led by ASEE SOLUTIONS d.o.o., in collaboration with ELMAR ELECTRONIC d.o.o., the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, and the University of Rijeka -Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. Together, the consortium will work from 1 October 2025 until 1 August 2028 on developing an intelligent, scalable and modular platform capable of managing customer interactions and operational workflows in a fully integrated, data‑driven environment. With a total value of 3,201,824.49 EUR, of which 1,942,010.17 EUR is co‑funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Competitiveness and Cohesion 2021–2027 Programme, the project represents a significant investment in technological innovation aimed at building a robust digital infrastructure for future customer experience systems.

What Will This Project Deliver?

The LIVE Quantum project is developing two product variants:

Live Quantum Automation (SaaS)

A cloud‑based AI solution for all industries, focused on automated, personalized and proactive customer support.

Live Quantum Utility Automation

A specialized version tailored to utility sectors (water, gas, energy, waste) incorporating IoT data, smart metering, digital twins and AR‑enhanced field operations.

Both versions enable streamlined, data‑driven communication and improved operational efficiency.

Key Innovations of the LIVE Quantum Project

🔹 AI‑enhanced omnichannel communication

A unified communication layer integrating phone, email, chat, mobile applications and social media — supported by AI chatbots and voicebots.

🔹 AI Copilot for customer service agents

An intelligent assistant that suggests answers, summarizes conversations, searches the knowledge base and automates repetitive inputs.

🔹 Real‑time personalization

Dynamic messages and tailored content based on user history, preferences and interaction context.

🔹 Proactive communication powered by IoT

Automated service notifications triggered by device readings, anomalies or predefined business rules.

🔹 Self‑service portal

A centralized online hub where users can submit requests, report issues, track ticket status, view data and access personalized insights.

🔹 Business process automation (BPM)

Advanced workflow automation with AI‑generated process suggestions, automated form creation and efficient end‑to‑end handling of customer requests.

🔹 IoT and smart metering integration

Real‑time device data for early fault detection, automated ticket creation and faster response to operational events.

🔹 Digital twins and AR tools for field teams

Integration with external digital twin platforms and AR‑based support to improve on‑site diagnostics and efficiency.

🔹 Voice of the Customer (VoC)

Automated surveys, CSAT/NPS insights and AI‑powered analysis of customer feedback.

Impact of the Project

The LIVE Quantum project is expected to significantly accelerate customer‑request processing, enhance service transparency, reduce operational workload and improve customer satisfaction. By merging AI, IoT, automation and real‑time analytics, the project will set new standards in customer experience management and operational excellence — both in Croatia and beyond.
